For ongoing client work, we will be emailing you a monthly invoice that you can pay directly online by using the link that is provided. It will also include a PDF of your invoice so you can download and save it for your records. It will be sent 2 Fridays before the due date (1st of the month) to give you plenty of time to get it paid.  It is important to note that payments are required one month in advance. If your invoice is not paid on time, there will be a $50/week fee for each week of delay, and production may be impacted. Timely payments help us serve you better! You can also opt-in for automatic payments and get one more thing off your plate.

 

On your first invoice, you will see an account setup fee of $50. This includes any online accounts that will also need to be created for your business.

If you choose to adjust the package in any way (and we hope you won't include canceling but if you choose to discontinue working with us) we require 30+ days in advance.
