Streamlined Invoicing & Partnership Policies

To ensure a seamless and harmonious partnership, here’s how we manage our invoicing and service agreements:

Your Monthly Invoice:

You'll receive a monthly invoice via email two Fridays before the 1st of the month, giving you plenty of time to review and submit payment. For your convenience, the invoice includes a direct online payment link and a downloadable PDF for your records. Please note that payments are required one month in advance to secure your dedicated time and ensure uninterrupted production. You may also choose to go on automatic payment.

Late Payments & Continuity:

Timely payments are essential to maintaining the high quality of our service and keeping your projects on track. In the event of a delayed payment, a fee of $50/week will be applied, and production may be impacted until the balance is resolved. You can also opt-in for automatic payments to get one more thing off your plate entirely!

Initial Account Setup:

Your first invoice will include a one-time account setup fee of $150. This covers the creation and streamlining of any necessary online accounts and platforms to ensure a smooth, efficient start to our partnership.

Adjustments & Discontinuing Services:

As your business grows and evolves, we're here to grow with you. If you need to adjust your package or choose to discontinue our services, we simply require a 30+ day notice in advance. This allows us to ensure a smooth transition and a strong wrap-up to our work together.
